SHIPPING:  All orders are shipped with the U.S. Postal Service, unless otherwise requested.  There will be an additional charge for any other shipping methods, based on the carrier’s rates.

RETURNS:  If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  If you paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to the card within 3-5 days of receipt of the product(s).
